Shipping Policy

We ship magazines that are true works of editorial art and we considered it very important to solve the most classic problems in shipping magazines, i.e. very slow times and magazines that arrive broken. For our shipments you can count on:

• Maximum magazine protection thanks to handmade packaging that pays attention to product quality, as well as respects the environment. Magazines always arrive in perfect condition (reports of damaged packages in 2021 were less than 0.04%).
• Delivery in 24/48 hours in Italy and in a few days abroad with the best reliable and fully tracked express couriers, double delivery attempt included and possibility of changing the address.

Each package is prepared by hand by me, Anna, I take care of every aspect personally, from creating the packaging to shipping. The magazine has three protections:

• Personalized packaging – The magazines are wrapped in Havana-colored recycled paper and on top I like to attach vintage photos or old newspaper clippings that I find funny due to the message they convey. Every package that arrives in your hands is decidedly unique. Furthermore, the packages each month are different from the previous one and contain fragments of a story written by us that continues from the first issue of our subscription.
• Durable envelope or box – The magazine package is then placed in a recycled cardboard envelope or reused box. For heavier packages we use recycled materials for padding. This guarantees maximum protection for the magazine from impacts. 
• Courier envelope against bad weather – Finally, particularly delicate parcels can be wrapped in the courier envelope which protects the parcel from bad weather and is mostly made of recycled plastic. 

A package that doesn’t arrive is one of the most hateful things that can happen. After many tests and improvements, we have chosen to use exclusively the best express couriers for our shipments , which guarantee perfect traceability of the package even in the most difficult moments, such as the Christmas holidays. Despite this, today we have the lowest costs for courier shipments of independent magazines in Europe . I’ll summarize them here:

We strive to ship most orders within 3 to 5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 20 days

All days specified in the table above and in the Terms and Conditions of the site are considered working days.

For Italy and most European countries, ultra-fast shipping services are also available, served by DHL courier, for those with special needs.
